ABOUT THE FIRM
Founder
Brian C. Hubbell, Principal, is the Founder of Hubbell Consulting. He began his career in the Pension Investment Division of Mutual of New York in 1980. In 1985, he joined the consulting firm of Findley Davies where he spent over 20 years. As a senior Principal of the firm and member of the Board of Directors, he established the Charlotte office in 1987 and was the Practice Leader for the firm’s retirement consulting practice.
Mr. Hubbell holds the AIF® (Accredited Investment Fiduciary) designation from the Center for Fiduciary Studies affiliated with the Katz Graduate School of Business, University of Pittsburgh. He has been a guest speaker at national conferences sponsored by the Profit Sharing/401(k) Council of America, Pension and Investment Age, and Center for Due Diligence. He is past president of the Charlotte Pension Forum and has been an instructor for the CEBS curriculum (Certified Employee Benefit Specialist). Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Iowa with a major in Business Administration.
